SMC Housing Rates 2025

Total = Room Rate + $40 (linen fee) + 13 % for bed tax and sales tax

LeMans Housing

• $55 per night (single or double dorm room/shared bath unless private requested)
• Cost includes 1 set of linen (1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 2 sheets, 1 blanket, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 trash bag), plus taxes 
• Air-conditioned
• Dormitory style 

1 night = $107.75 (55+40+13% tax)
2 nights = $169.50 (110+40+13% tax)
3 nights = $231.65 (165+40+13% tax)
4 nights = $293.80 (220+40+13% tax)

OPUS Housing

• $75 per night (apartment-style dorm with private bath)
• Cost includes 1 set of linen (1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 2 sheets, 1 blanket, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 trash bag), plus taxes
• Apartment style with individual rooms (fits one twin bed only)
• Bathroom and lounge space communal within apartment
• Kitchen space, within apartment; does have fridge and microwave, does not have pots/pans, plates, utensils, etc.

1 night = $129.95 (75+40+13% tax)
2 nights = $214.70 (150+40+13% tax)
3 nights = $299.45 (225+40+13% tax)
4 nights = $384.20 (300+40+13% tax)
